World Environment Day: Why and How?
Why do we celebrate World Environment Day?
World Environment Day was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1972 to mark the opening of the Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment. Another resolution, adopted by the General Assembly the same day, led to the creation of UNEP. It is hosted every year by a different city and commemorated with an international exposition through the week of June 5.Lets Have a look at Postage Stamps of some countries for environment awareness.

"The Tree Lady"
"When I want to celebrate, I plant a tree"
Hello every one, heartiest greetings on World Environment Day. The happiest moment in her life and she again did the same thing, just planted a tree. On this blessed day let's talk about a Superwoman with great confidence and optimism, who was not a dreamer but a practical thinker, a warrior who offered hope, happiness cheerfulness and joys to mankind.
